Residual income and insurance sales

Hey it's Christmas I'm often asked by the agency were considering coming in joining me with Medicare supplement marketing or even life insurance with senior which way should I go which way should I focus my efforts so I can make the most income and it's kind of a difficult question because it really depends on what your current needs are the comment answer is well there with the money years however there's 2 different kinds of money as you can see in my little bold this will back over my shoulder this one time and come and what is residual income see which one they were after and I was saying if you can pay your bills right now with whatever you're doing currently if you can maintain doing while you're building your residual income your Empire on the side keep doing that thing but devote more and more time starting a family with the residual income Focus hybrid how did I get started as soon as your life insurance which I thought was very lucrative and it is before the day is over time energy and resources into doing life insurance do it smartly working in a dish like we do with the diabetic life cells so relieved that you're getting a one-time income it's a good one time in, but the question is how long do you want to continue to chase the 1 time income and I think it's all the stories I've ever heard of agents that get disabled in a car accident something happened here that can no longer go into the field it will be just getting older and gotten to know this but I work with are in their eighties and they don't want to continue to choke the life insurance cell by going out and having to do this face-to-face presentations and I certainly understand that. I kind of got burned out and out of mosquitoes the face-to-face thing over and over and over again so what I decided to do was spend one day a week working on my residual income business which was that we are up there residual business by Helping Seniors with Medicare supplements I found and if I can help them save $5,800 a month in the Medicare supplement simply by shopping the market as an honest independent broker with no hidden agenda as to which company will take whichever company showed up as the best value for them I would recommend that value to them but what I started to 5 days after I started working that one day a week I kind of got excited to help senior that I could sleep better at night knowing that I'm not asking for money asking for money with the life insurance it is in your best interest I'm just saying that if they have to have life insurance for final expense protection but what can I do to add value to your life right now and it's going to be late we can go out there and buy gas and groceries with your always going up in price so I can literally get money back for senior housing with a new case is 2 of them that have a time set around $50 a month average so I started moving from one delete with my residual Focus 2 Chainz a week so I'm withholding life insurance 3 or 4 days a week Center Berry 3 days a week on the right side and the photos of our friends or family every medication consistently



See photos of Okinawa redo it 6 days a week no weekends off now has turned into helping their friends or family or acquaintances and everybody was running into the hands of Medicare supplement move forward in a more mainstream characters and their agents have disappeared vanished since they were when I was 65 years old I am getting calls from friends family and everybody all the clients that I originally had said that the next great adventure location services. If you will retain your listing broker business but now because of the job you did and you're staying in touch with him consistently send out cards the same thing supermatic with all around,
