The second thing I would say his service you got to serve the needs of your client you got to be able to ask good questions you got to be able to uncover what the client not only me but what they want and you gotta be able to follow up with that client so many times in our business again there might be a bad reputation of where someone got soda policy in the client never see anything again or they can't get in touch with him so we often talk to our staff and clients she would treat like family you want to build a long-term relationship with our client we try and do a very consultative approach to serve the needs of the client the first thing that I would say to you is you got to have excellent you got to dress well he's got to go and be A Cut Above everyone else that means you're going to have to work hard this is not an easy business it is not a get-rich-quick business either most of the successful insurance agents I know have working very very long for a very very very very hard and very very long for it for a long.
